Order Fulfillment Policy

After you place an order, allow a few business days for us to process the order (pending credit card). If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or phone. When your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Please allow 12 working days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) for deliveries unless the delivery date is not specified at the time of purchase. We will not held responsible if the order is delayed due to unforeseen natural calamities and reasons out of our control. We do not stock in bulk, therefore each outfit is unique and customized. We promptly provide refunds for items that are not available.
